Ali al-Husseini, a senior al-Hashed al-Shaabi official, on Thursday identified the fate of ISIL families in Kirkuk and Salah al-Din provinces, according to the News i Agency.

Al-Husseini told the Baghdad Al-Elym News Agency: “The families of the ISIL's top leaders and terrorists have not returned to their areas in Kirkuk and Salahuddin, and it is the security forces that determine the return of these families after their legal status is determined.”

He added, “Any family wishing to return to their former hometown and area of ​​residence should declare their ISIL offspring and provide all relevant information to the security forces.”

Al-Hashed al-Shaabi said: “It is not sensible to return families that still have Islamic ideas and ideas to spread.”

“The security forces do not blame children, women and the elderly for the terrorist acts of their close relatives, but it is up to them to return the law to decide and to what extent Iraqi society is willing to accept them,” al-Husseini said.

ISIL's terrorist group in June occupied all of Nineveh, Salah al-Din and Al-Anbar's provinces in Iraq and parts of Diyala and Kirkuk provinces, but with the help of Armed Forces and al-Hashed al-Shaabi in Iraq in November; the end of ISIS's rule over Iraq and Syria It has been announced, though, that dormant ISIS cells are still operating in the provinces of Iraq and some parts of eastern Syria.
